Delivery Timeline

Each artwork at Artiquo is created specifically for you, which means delivery includes both creation and shipping time.

  • Artwork Creation:
    Your painting is hand-painted by a professional artist and typically takes up to 7 days to complete.

  • Shipping Transit Time:
    Once completed, orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

During the creation process, our artists may share progress photos or videos of your artwork. You are welcome to provide feedback regarding colors, tones, or minor adjustments. Your artwork will only be shipped once it meets your approval.

Packaging & Protection

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely:

  • Rolled canvases are securely packed in durable protective tubes

  • Framed artworks are packed in reinforced, high-quality wooden crates

All packaging is designed to protect the artwork during international transit.

Shipping Partners

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we partner with trusted global couriers such as FedEx and DHL. The choice of courier depends on the destination and size of the artwork.

We ship worldwide to all countries serviced by our delivery partners.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the artwork price, regardless of destination.
There are no hidden shipping fees.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments from artiquo.com are fully insured during transit.
This means your artwork is protected from the moment it leaves our studio until it reaches you.

Alternate Delivery Addresses & Gifts

We ship to the delivery address provided at checkout.
If the artwork is a gift, surprise delivery, or needs to be sent to a different recipient or country, please notify us in advance at support@artiquo.com so we can coordinate accordingly.

International Taxes & Customs Duties

For international orders, local customs regulations may apply.
Any import taxes, customs duties, or local fees charged by the destination country are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

If required, we will assist by providing necessary shipment information to customs authorities.
