Rolled Canvas (Canvas-only
artworks):
Unframed canvases are carefully rolled and packed in strong protective tubes.
This method is ideal for large artworks and reduces shipping risk. Rolled
canvases can be stretched or framed locally after delivery.
Small Framed or Stretched Artworks:
Shipped flat in reinforced cardboard boxes with internal padding for maximum
protection.
Large Framed or Stretched Artworks:
Shipped in custom-built wooden crates designed for secure international
transport.
Orders can be updated before
shipment only.

return eligible artworks within 30 days of delivery in original
condition and packaging for a full refund or replacement.

Refunds are processed within 3
business days after we receive and inspect the returned artwork.

Damage during shipping is rare, but
if it happens:
- Inspect the package with the courier if possible
- Ask the courier to note “item damaged” on the delivery
record - Take clear photos of:
- Packaging (all sides)
- The artwork damage

If the package is left unattended,
skip step 1 and proceed with photos and email.
We will handle the courier claim and
arrange a free replacement.
