30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Artiquo, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund.

Please note that return shipping costs and any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the artwork must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The artwork must be shipped back to the original delivery address

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged

  • The artwork must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

    • Original packaging is strongly recommended

    • If original packaging is unavailable, similar protective packaging must be used

    • Clear photos of the packaging may be required for insurance purposes

We strongly advise customers to keep all packaging materials until they are fully satisfied with their purchase.


Important Note About Original Artworks

All artworks sold on artiquo.com are original, hand-painted oil paintings on canvas.
Because each piece is individually created by an artist, minor variations in color, texture, or detail are natural and expected and do not qualify as defects.


Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom artworks (including custom sizes, colors, or personalized requests) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once safely delivered.

Due to their unique nature, custom pieces cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, refunds are processed within 3 business days.

  • PayPal / Shop Pay: Refunds typically appear within 3 business days

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds may take 7–15 business days, depending on your bank or card provider


Damaged or Defective Artworks

If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We offer free replacements for items damaged in transit.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged artwork

  • Photos of the outer packaging and protective materials

Our team will handle the courier claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement shipment as quickly as possible.
